Conditions of hire

The car is booked in the name of the lead driver, and will be delivered to you through the car rental office at the airport. Additional drivers may be added at no additional cost. All drivers must be aged between 25 and 75 and must hold a full driving licence, which must be in their possession at all times. No cover is available for any tyre damage or loss of keys.

Where the period of hire spans two seasons, the price will be calculated on a pro rata basis. 

The hire includes for unlimited mileage, fully comprehensive insurance, bail bond and IVA.

All cars will have a full tank of petrol / diesel on collection. All cars must be left with a full tank of petrol / diesel. There is a petrol station at Mahon Airport, where the car must be filled up with petrol / diesel and the fuel receipt left in the sun visor on the day of the vehicle's return. A MasterCard or Visa card details will be required to ensure that petrol / diesel quantity is left the same on the day of return as the day when the vehicle was picked up.

All vehicles are fitted with front and rear seat belts. Child's seats and booster cushions are available for 15 Euros and 10 Euros respectively.

Please contact us to arrange your booking, and indicate your car hire requirements. 15% of the vehicle hire cost will be required has a deposit on your booking being made.

The remainder of the hire cost to be made in full at the airport, on collection of the vehicle. Payment in sterling, Euros or by MasterCard or Visa (please note a 2% charge will be made if paying by card.)
