Holiday Insurance

It is our policy that all Discover Menorca customers are comprehensively insured, so that they may enjoy their holiday free from any worry.  Discover Menorca has therefore negotiated a holiday insurance for its customers, at the following  premiums:

Standard Plan for individual insurance

For ages from 18 to 64 years, the premium is £18.41p each for up to 10 days, and  £21.89 each for up to 17 days.   Children aged under 18 years, in full time education, are 50% of the above premiums.  Infants aged under 3 years are free but cover is restricted to "cancellation" and "medical and re-patriation expenses".  For ages from 65 to 74 years, the premium is £36.82p each for up to 10 days, and £43.78p each for up to 17 days. For people aged 75 to 79 the premium will be £55.23 for ten days or £65.67 for up to 17 days.

Family Plan for group insurance

The premium is £41.42 for ten days applies to one or both parents, together with their dependent children under 18 years of age and in full time education.

Additional Remarks

Premiums include Insurance Premium Tax.  The current rate is 17.5%.  This rate could be subject to change.
