It is in a good position, about three minutes walk to Binibeca beach, and the apartment is close to restaurants, the tennis courts, the Binibeca supermarket, and the diving and water skiing centre at Paupa.

Description

There is a big living/dining room with a covered terrace, Spanish television and a tape deck, and a separate kitchen. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. A door on the living room staircase leads to a further small double bedroom with a terrace, shower and washing machine. The furnishings are comfortable and practical.
