Situation Son Parc is a small and fairly quiet resort located between Fornells and Arenal d'en Castell on Menorca's north coast, with a few bars, restaurants and shops. Port Addaya is four miles away, and the local golf course and the port of Mahon are 5 and 25 minutes drive respectively. Exterior A ground floor apartment situated in a small residential area of two-storey buildings, and 150 metres from steps leading down to the sands at Son Parc. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with an east-facing patio/terrace that is ideal for breakfast in the sunshine, with a communal swimming pool only a few feet away from the front of the apartment. Interior The apartment comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bath, toilet and shower. In addition, there are two chair-beds in the living room which can accommodate a further two persons, if required, for an additional supplement. Additional information During the months from November to April, Son Parc is very quiet and not suitable for anyone seeking entertainment and night-life. The only restaurant open during this period is at the golf club, which opens from 0900 hours to dusk. A hire car is also essential in the winter months, in order to leave the resort for sight-seeing, or shopping for provisions. Prices for 2008 The prices for 2008 are currently awaited, and will be advised in due course. The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights. If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours. Security deposit There is a refundable security deposit of £150 |
