Situation The apartment is located in Mahon harbour with the nearest beach being ten minutes away by car at Cala Mesquida. Exterior The north-west facing terraces are private and overlook the beautiful harbour of Mahon. There are two large terraces: one on the first floor, the other on the second floor, with both having magnificent sea views and awnings to provide shade from the sun. Interior The apartment is well-equipped and beautifully furnished with wooden floors throughout. There are no neighbours above, but there is a flight of stairs providing access to the apartment. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom on the first floor with a full bathroom, a twin bedroom on the second floor with a full en-suite bathroom and separate shower plate, a living-dining room on the first floor which is just off an open plan kitchen (with a large terrace) that includes a hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
