Situation A recently built ground floor apartment in a quality development, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Addaia. Rock swimming is a ten minute walk away, and the main road of this small, attractive, coastal marina resort is a 5-minute walk with its diving school, restaurants, bars, shop and supermarket. A 5-10 minute drive takes one to the pretty beaches of Na Macaret and Arenal d'en Castell, or the golf course at Son Parc. Exterior The apartment complex has a large kidney shaped swimming pool (which includes a separate children's splash area) andwell-maintained, spacious communal terraces and garden areas.
