Situation

A pretty, semi-detached villa at Addaya, which is a tasteful development of villas and apartments built along a three kilometre harbour inlet.  Within walking distance are bars, restaurants and a supermarket.  The resort of Arenal d'en Castell, with one of the nicest beaches in the northern part of the island, is about seven minutes drive away.

Exterior

There is an enclosed front garden and at the back of the villa is a new swimming pool of approximately 8 x 4 metres that has roman steps.  The garden is grassed with ample terraces, with an outside shower, and offers views of the port of Addaia and the coastline.

Interior

The accommodation is arranged on two floors and an attic.  On the ground floor there is a large  sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove, and french windows leading to the garden and pool area, a well-equipped kitchen and a toilet.  Upstairs is a twin bedroom with a bathroom en-suite and a terrace, another twin bedroom, a further full bathroom, and a single bedroom with a pull-out bed that is ideal for children.  There is a solarium/attic above this floor, with a sofa bed and sitting area.  The furnishings are new and tasteful.

Kitchen

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, liquidiser, pans of various sizes, and sufficient crockery and glassware for the capacity of the villa.
