Situation

This lovely and typical Menorcan farmhouse is situated in the delightful village of Torret, where there are two good restaurants, and which is just outside the town of Sant Lluis near the south coast. The views from the large upstairs terrace are uninterrupted over the open countryside to the sea. The farmhouse has been tastefully renovated.

Description

Upstairs is the main double bedroom, with a dressing area and bathroom en-suite , which leads through french doors to a terrace. Downstairs a shaded terrace runs along the south side of the house. There is a spacious dining room with a window wall that opens onto the terrace and garden, and two twin bedrooms that also lead out to the terrace. Between these bedrooms is a bathroom. The new kitchen with Menorcan tiles also leads onto the covered terrace for comfortable outside eating, and has a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room and washing machine. The house is bright and modern, with traditional lines and attractive furnishings. The pool measures approximately 9 x 4.5 metres, and is surrounded by a limestone terrace and a grassed garden.
