This charming Menorcan farmhouse is situated in the pretty village of Torret, close to the south coast of Menorca. The village has a couple of restaurants, however the town of Sant Lluís, where there is a supermarket, banks and other amenities, is only a 3 minute drive away. The beach resorts of Binibeca and Punta Prima are less than 10 minutes by car. A vehicle is thought to be necessary.

Exterior:

There is a wide driveway in front of the property. To the rear of the house there is the swimming pool (approx. 9 x 4m) surrounded by a limestone terrace and a grass garden. There is a shaded terrace for outdoor dining, and a portable barbeque. The views from the spacious upstairs terrace are uninterrupted over the open countryside towards the sea.

Interior:

Casa Vito, although basic, has been tastefully renovated. The house is bright with traditional furnishings and decorations. There is a spacious lounge/dining room with TV and large patio doors, which lead outside onto the terrace and garden.
