Situation

A brand new villa located in Sol del Este (Es Castell), with splendid sea and harbour views.  Sol del Este is a residential/holiday area with a small beach, and several shops and bars.  Just a ten minute walk away is Cales Fonts, a fishing village well known for its nautical activities, and for its superb restaurants and tapis bars, as well as its street handicraft stalls.

Exterior

The villa is on its own plot of approximately 1,000 square metres, with a lawn, swimming pool, barbeque and two covered terraces for outside eating.

Interior

The villa is on two floors, and is tastefully decorated.  On the ground floor, which is sunny and bright, is a sitting room with direct access to the terrace and the pool area, kitchen (with direct access to the outside area), toilet, garage, and laundry room.  On the first floor is the main double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, two twin bedrooms, and a full bathroom.  There is also a reading room with good sea views.  In all, a comfortable and pretty villa, which will ensure a wonderful holiday.

Kitchen

The kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, pots and pans of different sizes, and sufficient glassware and crockery for the capacity of the house.

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.  If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours.
