Situation A deluxe front line villa, located just ten metres from the sea. The beach at Binisafúller is just a five minute walk from the villa, and Binibeca is about a five minute drive. The towns of Sant Lluis and Sant Climent are an eight minute drive away. Exterior The garden has a grassed area leading down to the rocks in front of the house, where it is possible to swim (ladder access to the sea) in the crystal clear water. There are two large covered terraces with a sofa, chairs, and tables for outdoor living. One of the most breathtaking sea views in Menorca.
