The property is situated at the end of a quiet residential road, just two minute's walk from the beautiful golden sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell. In front of the house are shaded pine areas. There is a supermarket and a restaurant within a minute's walk. The other restaurants, bars and souvenir shops of this popular resort are just a 5-10 minute walk away.

The villa is a new property, recently built to the highest of standards. There is a private swimming pool with Roman steps and a sunbathing terrace, a barbeque, grassed areas, and garden furniture for outdoor living.

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights. If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
