Situation

This authentic Menorcan farmhouse is situated on the top of a small hill, with good views over Sant Climent and to the south coast, and is a five minute drive to Sant Climent and the Calan Porter beach.  

Exterior

It is a working farm where there are cows, chickens, pigs and a variety of animals.  They are looked after by the friendly farmer who visits daily, although you are not disturbed by the animals as they are a good distance from the farmhouse itself.  There is a band new pool of approximately 9 x 5 metres with a barbeque and outside dining area, together with a bread oven.  A large terrace runs along the front of the house with loungers and a parasol in front of the terrace.  A vineyard is situated beside the pool from which homemade wine is produced.

Interior

On the ground floor is a very large entrance hall, leading to a master double bedroom with a bathroom en-suite, a twin bedroom with a connecting room, another double bedroom, and a separate full bathroom.  If required, extra beds can be placed in the connecting room at an additional cost.  There is a lounge with a television, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a laundry room.  The furnishings are well-kept and are in keeping with the style of the house.  

Kitchen

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidiser, pans of various sizes, and sufficient crockery and glassware for the capacity of the villa.
