Situation

The villa is just 5-minutes from the beach of Punta Prima, where there is a bus stop, and restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and water sport activities. The town of Sant Lluis is 5-minutes by car, and 10-minutes from Mahon.

Exterior

The property was completely renovated in 2004, and includes a terrace-solarium with a swimming pool of 6 x 4 metres which has roman steps. There is a covered terrace on the top floor leading off the lounge where it is possible to enjoy outdoor dining.

Interior

The villa is bright and well-furnished, and the accommodation is over two floors. On the upper floor there is a lounge-dining room with a television, and a separate modern kitchen. The ground floor comprises one double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and swimming pool, one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room that also gives access to the terrace and pool, a further twin bedroom and a shower room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, pans of various sizes, and sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.
