Situation The villa is just 5-minutes from the beach of Punta Prima, where there is a bus stop, and restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and water sport activities. The town of Sant Lluis is 5-minutes by car, and 10-minutes from Mahon. Exterior The property was completely renovated in 2004, and includes a terrace-solarium with a swimming pool of 6 x 4 metres which has roman steps. There is a covered terrace on the top floor leading off the lounge where it is possible to enjoy outdoor dining.
