Situation

This lovely villa, which has been recently built, is located in Binixica between the village of Sant Climent and the popular beach of Calan Porter, both about 5-minutes drive away.  We strongly recommend the hire of a car.

Exterior

The property stands in 1,000 square metres of gardens and grassed areas.  There is a private pool of approximately 9 x 4 metres with roman steps and a covered porch with excellent furniture (sun beds, sofa and table) for outdoor eating.  The villa has countryside views and distant sea views.

Interior

On the ground floor is a very well-equipped lounge (with flat screen television, DVD and CD players) open plan kitchen and exterior porch, one twin bedroom with shower room en-suite, one double bedroom and a shower room.  On the first floor is the master double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, a dressing room and balcony.  All furnishings are to a high standard.
