Situation

This pretty villa is located 200-metres from the beach, is ideal for the whole family, and has lovely sea views. The restaurants and shops of Binibeca are a short walk away, and there is a regular bus service nearby.

Exterior

The villa stands in a plot of 1,000 square metres that is made-up of a very large terrace with sun beds, patio table and chairs, and a stone-built barbeque. There is a low wall of approximately 60-cms around the terrace area with a drop of 1.5 metres down to the garden, so care must be taken with young children. Steps lead down from the terrace to the garden which has no grassed areas. The private pool has roman steps and is an irregular shape, measuring approximately 8 x 4 metres, with a depth varying from 0.9 to 1.9 metres. There is an outside shower and small roof terrace.

Interior

The villa has a living-dining room with Spanish television and direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave and washing machine. There are 3 twin bedrooms, two full bathrooms - one of which has only a small bath.
