Situation

This county house is located on a working farm between Mahon and Alaior. The property offers complete privacy and has no near neighbours except for the farmer who lives in a farmhouse approximately 400-yards away. Occasionally, tractors may be heard passing by, and there may be some animals on adjacent fields during certain times of the year.

Exterior

The house has a large, pretty garden with a built-in stone barbeque, and a large private pool of approximately 13 x 4 metres with a depth of 0.1 to 1.8 metres - allowing direct access to the pool at the shallow end.

Interior

Inside the house is spacious and well-presented. The large sitting-dining room has a fireplace, air conditioning, satellite television (free to view channels), DVD, Hi-Fi, and french doors leading to a covered terrace. There is a large kitchen, with doors to the outside terrace, that is fully-equipped with an oven, hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator-freezer A hall with an air conditioning unit leads to the three bedrooms: one double and two twin, and there are two complete bathrooms with a bath and shower in each. In addition, there is also a small room near to the kitchen in which an extra folding bed may be placed for an additional charge of 70 euros per week.
