Situation

Two semi-detached villas that share facilities and which offer uncomplicated and comfortable accommodation in a position close to all amenities.

The villas are located in a quiet residential area that is a two minute walk from the centre of Cala'n Porter and its numerous restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Steps lead down to the sandy and gently shelving beach of the resort and there are numerous other beaches a short drive away. The town of Mahon is 15-minutes by car and the airport less than a 10-miniute drive.

Exterior

The large pool has a terrace area and is shared between the two villas. The area around the pool is surrounded by a tall hedges making it very private and relaxing.

Interior

Each villa comprises a living-dining room that has a television, and light pine furniture, and an open-plan kitchen with an electric hob and refrigerator. There are two twin bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes, and a full bathroom that includes a washing machine. Patio doors lead from the sitting room to the terrace areas that has a stone-built barbeque and ample furniture for outdoor dining.

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over 10-nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £200 per villa.
