Situation

The villa is located approximately 200-metres from the coastline at Son Remei, where rock bathing and diving are popular. The beaches at Biniancolla and Punta Prima are a short walk away and, at the latter, restaurants, shops and other amenities may be found. There is a regular bus service to the town of Mahon.

Exterior

Set in 1,000 square metres, there is a large south-facing outside terrace with sea views that leads down a few steps to a pool of approximately 8 x 4 metres, which has roman steps and a depth of 1.2-1.7 metres. The remainder of the garden is either grassed or paved and a solarium on the roof of the villa gives good views along the south coast. There is also an open garage accessed directly from the kitchen.

Interior

The living room has a fireplace with comfortable sofas, television and video player, and french windows leading to the pool terrace. The large, modern open-plan kitchen leads directly to the dining area, and has a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dishwasher. The master double bedroom has sea views, a dressing room, and an en-suite full bathroom with a large mosaic bath and french windows opening to an outside patio. The two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom. All the furnishings are bright and new.
