Situation

A recently refurbished, semi-detached villa that located on the south coast approximately 300-metres from the sea at Son Remei, and which is divided into two properties, both of which share the pool. The villa is a five minute walk away from the beaches, restaurants and bars of Punta Prima and Biniancolla. There is also a regular bus service nearby.

Exterior

Around the pool area is a large sunbathing terrace, surrounded by an enclosed grassed garden. At the front of the villa is an outside patio with a barbeque, stone-ceramic table and chairs.

Interior

The sitting-dining room has sofas, a small television ( Spanish channels), and a dining table and chairs. French windows lead out to a covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
