Situation

The villa is about one kilometre from the town of Sant Lluis, and is located down a private track with two other villas. There is an attractive entrance courtyard to the villa, which leads around the side of the building to the pool area, with open countryside beyond. The south coast beaches at Punta Prima, Alcaufar and S'Algar are within easy reach.

Description

The entrance hall is large, and typical of all Menorcan country houses. On the ground floor, and off the hall, are two twin bedrooms, one triple bedroom, a bathroom, and a shower room. There is a lounge/dining room that leads out to a covered terrace at the side of the villa. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. On the second floor is a large twin bedroom, which has access to a terrace, and to a shower room and toilet on the same floor. The furnishings are simple and bright, and are in keeping with the country farmhouse style.
