Situation

An attractive, new villa that is located at the top of a small hill at Torret de Baix, with magnificent sea views.  The villa is about a ten minute walk from Binibeca beach, with its restaurants, tennis courts, and deep sea diving and sailing centre.  There is also a small shopping centre and a regular bus service.

Description

The villa has a master bedroom and a bathroom en-suite, with french windows leading to the terrace, and pool area. There are two further double bedrooms, and another bedroom with bunk beds.  There is also a separate toilet, and a bathroom and shower plate.  All bedrooms have fitted cupboards.  The sitting/dining room has comfortable settees, television, a music centre, and a wood burning fireplace.  Large french windows lead out to the terrace, pool and barbeque area, which overlooks the south coast.  An open plan and  well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and is off the lounge.  Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine and drier.  The furnishings are new, bright and colourful.  The  garden is grassed with shrubs, and the covered terrace is ideal for outside eating.  The pool measures approximately 8 x 4 metres, and there is an outside shower
