An attractive, modern villa that has splendid sea and coastal views, located beside the picturesque fishing village at Binibeca Vell, with restaurants, bars, shops and a chemist nearby. The villa is about a ten minute walk to the beaches at Binibeca and Binisafua, and about four minutes walk to the lovely rock bathing platforms.

Description

The villa is set on three levels with splendid sea and coastal views. From the covered terrace there are French windows with direct access to the lounge-dining room. Leading off the lounge is a large double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, a well-equipped kitchen, entrance hall and utility room. On the next level (8 steps) there is a bedroom with four bunk beds, a shower room and a further twin bedroom. On the next level (8 steps) is a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and sea views. The furnishings are modern and bright. There is a Spanish television and video-recorder.

Outside, the garden is pretty, and at the front and back of the villa there are a lawns, trees and flower beds, together with a barbeque and pool that measures approximately 9 x 4 metres.
