Situation

A  magnificent and recently built villa, that is located in a residential area with partial sea views.  The villa is about a five minute walk from the pretty beach at Cala Canutells, where there is beach restaurant, small supermarket, hotel and car rental.  There is also a regular bus service.  The lively town of Sant Climent is a six minute drive away.

Description

On the ground floor is a sitting/dining room with a Spanish television, which leads to a small outside terrace.  The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and central hob, with a dining area and an outside terrace.  Off the sitting room is a small hall leading to an outside terrace, two single bedrooms (one with a 1.35 metre bed), one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, all with en-suite shower rooms.  There is also a playroom with a sofa bed.  Upstairs is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with outside terraces looking over to the sea, and another bathroom and shower plate. The furnishings are antique and modern, and extremely tasteful.  There is a pool with a terraced surround.  Overall, this villa will provide a holiday home for a large family, or two or three families sharing.
