Situation A magnificent and recently built villa, that is located in a residential area with partial sea views. The villa is about a five minute walk from the pretty beach at Cala Canutells, where there is beach restaurant, small supermarket, hotel and car rental. There is also a regular bus service. The lively town of Sant Climent is a six minute drive away. Description On the ground floor is a sitting/dining room with a Spanish television, which leads to a small outside terrace. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and central hob, with a dining area and an outside terrace.
