Situation

This typical Menorcan farmhouse is located at S'Uestra, overlooking the countryside to Binibeca, and is a five minute drive to Sant Lluis and a ten minute drive to Mahon. It has recently been renovated with taste, using the picturesque previous shell of the original building. The famous shop "La Botiga de S'Uestra" is about a five minute walk from the farmhouse.

Description

Off the typical Menorcan entrance hall is a sitting/dining room which contains a television. The kitchen is large and very attractive, and includes a dishwasher. On the ground floor are four bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a sofa bed, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and connecting twin bedroom. there is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a further bedroom with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bath. Upstairs is another large sitting room with a sun terrace, and a double bedroom (135 cm bed) with an en-suite shower room. The furnishings are pretty, mostly stripped pine antiques, and the farmhouse is spacious and bright. There is a washing machine. Outside is a garden with a lawn, a barbeque, and a large terrace overlooking the pool and countryside down to the sea.
