Situation

A new house located at Sant Lluis, that has been constructed with great attention to detail, and uses traditional methods to re-create the typical Menorcan style farmhouse.  The views are good to the north towards Sant Lluis, La Mola and Mahon, and to the south towards Binibeca.  The villa is situated a few minutes walk from "Sa Botiga", the modern and well stocked supermarket in S'Uestra, and the very good restaurants "Villa Madrid" and "La Caraba". The beaches of Binibeca and Binisafua are about four minutes drive from the villa, and the Hotel Biniali is nearby.

Description

On the ground floor is a spacious living room that contains a television, and which opens on to a front terrace.  The beautiful kitchen includes a dishwasher, which looks out onto the terrace, with a utility room and washing machine.  There is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (one has a bed that pulls out from underneath another bed), and a full bathroom and a shower room.  Upstairs is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom leading to a terrace, and a shared bathroom.  The gardens are spacious and comprise 15,000 square metres planted with autoctonous trees.  The grounds are full of olive trees, and there are many quiet areas to sit in the shade and relax.  There is a barbeque, and a pool measuring approximately 10 x 5 metres.
