Situation

This wonderful farmhouse has been completely renovated, and is conveniently situated about three kilometres from the popular fishing village of Fornells, where there is a sailing and surf board school, together with Fornells famous restaurants. Set in its own grounds, there are no near neighbours, and the beautiful views from the upstairs terraces and pool area go through to Fornells harbour and Cala Tirant.

Description

On the ground floor, an outside covered terrace leads to a very large entrance hall. Off this hall is an enormous living room, with a natural stone fireplace and comfortable sofas, and large french windows which lead to another very large terrace by the garden and pool area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and includes a breakfast area with french windows leading out to the garden and pool. There is a large laundry room with a washing machine, iron and board. On the same floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a further twin bedroom with a bathroom.

Upstairs is a landing with doors leading to another terrace, that overlooks the gardens and pool, and which has direct access to these areas. On this upper floor is a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, and two further twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have a large terrace between them. The furnishings are mostly antique and the fabrics bright and attractive, and in keeping with the farmhouse. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.
