Situation

A very attractive farmhouse on the top of a hill, recently refurbished, with unique views from its terrace towards Monte Toro, and from behind the house to the Fornells and Tirant beaches.  It is well located,  and is about an eight minute drive to Fornells, and a five minute drive to Es Mercadal.  The location is peaceful and tranquil, and a good holiday home for one or two families.

Description

The house has a pretty, covered porch with stone benches and easy chairs for outside living.  To the left is a small sitting room with a television and video recorder, leading to a double bedroom and bathroom.  Off the porch is a further twin bedroom with another bathroom en-suite.

To the right hand side of the porch is the dining room, a further twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower plate.  The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, modern hob and an oven.  At the back of the kitchen is a laundry room, and off the corridor is a large twin bedroom where an additional one or two beds can be placed for children.  

There is a swimming pool off the main terrace of approximately 9 x 4 metres, with roman steps.  The furnishings are mostly antiques.
