Situation

An attractive, new farmhouse situated in a very secluded area, with Binibeca beach 5 minutes distant by car, Binisafua beach 7 minutes away and Punta Prima beach 10 minutes.  Reached along a short, private lane, the farmhouse is set in its own extensive land and gardens of 8,000 square metres.

Description

The villa has two floors:  upstairs is the main bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en-suite, and a terrace overlooking the pool area with distant sea views.  Downstairs is a small entrance, and a sitting/dining room with television and video, that leads through french doors to the pool and garden areas, and which includes a large covered terrace ideal for 'al fresco' eating.  The kitchen is well equipped and also has access to the outside areas.

On the ground floor is a double and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom and shower between them.  There is also a further single bedroom with a nest bed which pulls out from under the single bed, and a bathroom with a shower plate.  Next to this bedroom is a laundry room with a washing machine that leads to the outside terrace.  The furnishings are new and bright, making this a good holiday home for one or two families together.

The swimming pool is approximately 9 x 4 metres with roman steps, and there is a large terraced area and grassed garden.  There is also a vegetable patch, from which the friendly gardener will allow you to pick your own vegetables according to the season.
