Situation

A modern, attractive villa with lovely sea and coastal views.  Situated close to the nearby pictureque  fishing village of Binibeca Vell, the villa is a ten minute walk to the beaches at Binibeca and Binisafúa, and a four minute walk to the lovely rock swimming platforms.  There are also bars, restaurants, shops and a chemist within walking distance of the villa.

Exterior

At the front of the villa is a pretty garden, with a lawn, trees, flowerbeds, and a sea view.  There is a large covered terrace, which is adjacent to the pool area.

Interior

The villa is set on three levels with spendid sea and coastal views  On the gound floor is a sitting-dining room with television, a well equipped kitchen, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.  On the first floor (up eight steps) are two further twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower plate.  The top level (up a further eight steps) comprises another twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a terrace. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidiser, pans of various sizes, and sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.

( 16th May to 22nd May ) + ( 30th May to 12th June ) + ( 12th September to 18th September )  £1,010 per week
( 23rd May to 29th May) + ( 13th June to 26th June ) + ( 5th September to 11th September ) £1,225 per week
( 27th June to 17th July ) + ( 29th August to 4th September ) £1,585 per week
( 18th July to 28th August )  £2,000 per week

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.  If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
