Exterior Approximately 12 steps lead up to the property, which has no internal steps, and there are various terraces, a swimming pool of approximately 8 x 4 metres with roman steps, an outside shower and a gas barbeque. There are views towards the harbour, but no garden. Interior The villa has an air-conditioned sitting room with a television, video and CD player, and a well-equipped kitchen that has doors to a covered terrace and the pool. There is an air-conditioned twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a full bathroom, and a further twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and french doors leading onto the terrace. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a hob unit, cooker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, pans of various sizes, and sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.
