Exterior Approximately 14 steps lead up to the property, with three internal steps, and there are various terraces, and a kidney-shaped swimming pool of approximately 5 x 3 metres with roman steps and an outside shower. There are views towards the harbour, but no garden. Interior The villa has an sitting room with a wood burning stove, a television, video and CD player, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a full bathroom, and a further twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Some bedrooms are air-conditioned. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, pans of various sizes, and sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.
