Location

A pretty, original-designed villa in Binibeca, located in a quiet area, just two minutes walk from the well-known fisherman's village, and 10-minutes from the beautiful beach.  The restaurants, bars and souvenir shops are all close by.  The town of Sant Lluis is about a seven minute drive away, and there is a regular bus service to Mahon.

Exterior

There is a private and well furnished porch for dining "al fresco" outside, with distant sea views.  The swimming pool is approximately 8 x 4 metres with Roman steps, and has a sunbathing terrace and a spacious grassed area.

Interior

The interior of the villa comprises:

  • Lounge-dining room with a television.

  • Open plan kitchen.

  • Laundry room.

  • 1 double bedroom.

  • 1 twin bedroom.

  • 1 full bathroom.

  • 1 single bedroom with an en-suite shower.

  • Master double bedroom with full-en-suite bathroom.

All the rooms are on one floor, with independent external access to the master bedroom.  The villa is well-maintained and the furnishings are comfortable.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidiser, pans of various sizes, and sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.  If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
