Location

A farm set in its own extensive grounds of 97 hectares with beautiful country views, together with distant sea views.  It is located two kilometres from the popular beach resort of Son Bou, where all the usual amenities are available.

Exterior

The property is an authentic Menorcan farmhouse which has been completely renovated to a high standard.  The main house is divided into two large, semi-detached villas, each of which have their own private entrance and own pool, making them fully independent of one another.  As with many of the older farmhouses in Menorca, the property is on different levels, with each villa having its own garden, large grassed areas, sunbathing terraces, and covered terraces for outdoor eating.

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.  If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours.

A hire car is essential for the full enjoyment of this villa, and if you wish to visit other places of interest on the island.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £400 per property.
