Location

A beautiful house situated in the picturesque village of Llucmeçanes, which is to be found near to Mahon and comprises a small grocery shop and pretty church. A 5 minute car journey brings you to either the town or port of Mahon with their varied selection of restaurants and other facilities.  The southern beaches of Menorca: Binibeca, Biniancolla and Binissafúller are just 10 minutes by car from the property and  the northern beaches of Es Grao and Cala Mesquida are 15-minutes drive away.

Exterior

Although the house is within the village, it is set in 10,000 square metres of its own land. During the summer months outdoor eating may be enjoyed under a canopy situated next to the built-in barbeque and pool (8m x 4m with Roman style steps).  The pool area is gated and surrounded by grassed area and a sunbathing terrace.

Interior

The house has good quality rustic furnishings, and has recently been renovated to provide accommodation over two floors which comprises on the ground floor:

  • Large living-dining room.

  • Lounge.

  • Kitchen with access to patio.

  • 1 twin bedroom.

  • 1 single bedroom (3/4 bed).

  • 1 full bathroom.

And on the first floor:

  • 1 double bedroom with balcony and country views.

  • 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds).

  • 1 bathroom with shower plate.

Additional Information - Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, hand blender, pans, plates and glasses sufficient for the capacity of the villa.

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.  If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours per day.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £300.
