Location

The villa is located in Es Canutells, a mixed tourist and residential area, and is a five minute walk to the pretty beach at Cala Canutells. There is a regular bus service, and a bar-restaurant and small supermarket at the hotel nearby. The village of San Climent is a 6-minute drive away.

Exterior

The property is set in a plot of 800 square metres. At the back of the villa is a well-designed pool area, sunbathing terrace and grassed area, together with a built-in barbeque, pergola and garden furniture for outdoor living. The pool is 9 x 4 metres and has Roman steps.

Interior

The villa was built originally as a home, and has modern furniture and central heating. All the accommodation is on a single storey and comprises:

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidiser, pans of various sizes, and sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights. If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
