Situation

This farmhouse is situated near the village of Es Mercadal (4 kilometres away) and the fishing village of Fornells, where there are many amenities and well-known restaurants. The property has many country views and including views of the mountain of Monte Toro. It is located close to the unspoilt beaches on the north part of the island (Cavalleria,Tirant, Pregonda) which are 10-minutes drive away (about 4 kilometres).

Exterior

The property is still a working farm but the cattle are far away from the farmhouse. The fenced pool is in front of the house and there is also a large grassed area.

Interior

All the rooms are located on the same floor, although there are a few steps to access some of the bedrooms. The furniture is a mixture of antique and modern, with the walls painted in different colours. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, lounge-dining room, open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, three twin bedrooms and two shower rooms.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidiser, pans of various sizes, and sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.
