Situation

This wonderful farmhouse has been completely renovated in 2005.  Es Grau beach, very quiet and child friendly, is less than 5-minutes by car.  The port of Mahon, where you will find a great diversity of restaurants, is also about 5-minutes drive away.

Exterior

Set in its own grounds, there are no near neighbours, and so privacy and tranquility are guaranteed.  There are sun bathing terraces and a grassed area around the pool (approximately 10 x 5 metres).  There is a covered terrace for outdoor eating and a built in barbeque with nice countryside views.

Interior

The property is on two floors and is spacious and well designed.  The furnishings are new and of a very high standard.  On the first floor is the lounge-dining room with television and a DVD player, kitchen/breakfast room, one double bedroom en-suite, two twin bedrooms en-suite and a shower room.  On the first floor is the master double bedroom en-suite with television and an ample dressing room.  Central heating is available for cooler months.
