Situation

A wonderful country house located 0.8 kilometres from the main road to Fornells.  Ses Salines is a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk away, where there is a diving club, sailing centre, restaurants and bars.  Fornells is a 5-minute drive where there are many well-known restaurants, bars and shops.  The nearest beaches are a 3-minute drive away, and the golf course at Son Parc is a 10-minute drive (or 20-minute walk).

Exterior

A fine holiday home for one or two families with a private pool overlooking the countryside and rolling hills, and no near neighbours.  The pool is approximately 9 x 4.4 metres with roman steps.  There is a terrace around the pool and the garden is mostly rock with autoctonous plants for easy maintenance.  There is also an outside table for eating, sunshade and six loungers.

Interior

All the accommodation is on the ground floor which has recently been refurbished with taste, blending antiques with modern.  There is a large living-dining room with fireplace, table and chairs for eight persons.  There is a further sitting room with comfortable sofas and a television.  The spacious kitchen is equipped with a full cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster as well as the usual kitchen utensils.  There is a large utility room with a sink and clothes line.  Of the four bedrooms, one is a master bedroom with a double bed and full en-suite bathroom, and the other three have twin beds.  There is also one full en-suite bathroom and two shower rooms.

Prices for 2008

The price includes maid service and linen change if the stay is over 10 nights.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £300.
