Situation

A brand new large, modern villa situated just 200 yards from the beautiful beach at Punta Prima, with good sea views from the villa terraces. Punta Prima is an animated resort, with a sandy beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, chemist, and a regular bus service.

Description

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, large sitting/dining room with a television and french windows leading out onto the covered terrace, pool area and BBQ. Off the living room is a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc., which also has french windows leading to the pool area, together with an outside drying area and toilet. The new pool measures approximately 9 x 4 metres, and has built-in steps.

On the ground floor, there is a twin and double bedroom, and a full bathroom. A master bedroom suite is upstairs with a dressing room, a bathroom en-suite, and a pleasant terrace boasting wonderful sea views.
