Situation

This new country house, together with two other houses, is situated in the countryside just off the road from Sant Lluis to Binisafúa. The house is a two minute drive from the beach at Binisafúa, and five minutes drive from Binibeca. The town of Sant Lluis is a five minute drive away. Car hire is necessary.

Exterior

The three properties enjoy the tranquility of occupying 20,000 square metres of their own ground, with each property being built to a high standard, and having distant sea views from their first floors. The house has a private swimming pool of approximately 10 x 5 metres, and surrounded by sunbathing terraces and grassed gardens. There is an outside shower, a portable barbeque, and covered terraces for outdoor eating.

Interior

On the ground floor there is a good sized kitchen, a separate dining room, and a large sitting room with fireplace, television, music centre with CD player that leads out to the covered terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens. Also on this floor are three twin bedrooms, one single bedroom (with an additional pull-out bed), two bathrooms with a shower, and shower room. Upstairs is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Both of these bathrooms include a shower. There is also a large terrace, and a garage which contains a washing machine. The furnishings are bright and new, as are the pillows and mattresses.

Kitchen

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidiser, pans of different sizes, and crockery and glassware sufficient for the capacity of the villa.

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights. If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours.
