Location

A recently built villa situated in the tourist resort of Punta Prima (San Lluis), that possesses a beautiful white sandy beach and crystal clear sea.  Views of the coast-line and island of Aire can be enjoyed from the upper terrace of the villa.  A wide variety of restaurants and shops are within walking distance, making this an ideal location for a family holiday.

Exterior

The villa is in a plot of approximately 1,000 square metres, with grassed areas, a swimming pool, a terrace, and a barbeque where one can relax, sunbathe, and enjoy outdoor meals.  There is a parking space for one car.

Interior

The villa is light and airy, and has a large upper terrace with sea views.  Accommodation is on two floors and an annex and comprises:

On the ground floor

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, pans of various sizes, and sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.

The price includes a linen change if the stay is over ten nights.  If a maid service is also required, this can be arranged for an additional charge for a minimum period of two hours.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £250.
