The accommodation can be arranged to sleep 6 or 10 persons.

Situation

This is a typical, attractive Menorcan farmhouse that has recently been refurbished to a high standard, while maintaining all of the charms of a the original building. It is a working farm, and although the friendly farmer visits daily to milk the cows, he is unlikely to be seen. The farmhouse is well located about a five minute drive from Sant Climent with all its amenities. The beach at Calan Porter is about five minutes drive away.

Description

To the right of the sizeable entrance hall is a large sitting room and dining room with a wood burning fireplace, which leads through to a modern, kitchen with a fireplace. Leading off from the left of the entrance hall is a full bathroom, a twin bedroom and a further double bedroom with a bathroom en-suite and a connecting single bedroom. There is also another double bedroom with a connecting single room. Upstairs is an enormous open room, that is the size of the entire downstairs area, with a shower room, and a bedroom with three single beds - although further beds can be placed there if necessary. There is no door to this upstairs area, and it is ideal room for children to sleep and play. The furnishings are a mixture of antique and modern, with fabrics, mattresses and pillows all being new. Outside is a new pool of 9 x 4 metres and Roman paved terrace, with a shower, hand basin and toilet.

Kitchen

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidiser, pans of various sizes, and sufficient crockery and glassware for the capacity of the villa.
