Situation This farmhouse is situated on the Cami d'en Kane road between Alaior and Es Mercadal. The area is very quiet and surrounded by pine trees. The beaches of both the north and south coast are only 15-minutes away by car, with the town of Alaior 5-minutes distant. Exterior The farm has a front terrace and a swimming pool (alberca style) which is newly constructed. There is a porch area for dining outside. Interior The property was completely renovated in 2004, retaining the characteristic Menorcan country house style. Accommodation is on two floors and comprises on the ground floor an entrance hall, kitchen-dining room, lounge with a fireplace, one double bedroom with an en-suite shower, one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower, two twin bedrooms and one full bathroom. On the first floor is a large open loft space in which there is a double bed and two single beds. Although open, it is also very private. Please note that electricity for the house is provided by a generator which only operates during the day. The kitchen appliances run on butane gas. Prices for 2008
