Situation A beautiful and elegant villa located in the picturesque village of Llucmeçanes, where there is a grocery shop and pretty church. Mahon is a five minute drive away with its varied selection of restaurants and other amenities. The southern beaches of Menorca (Binibeca, Biniancolla and Binissafua) are a ten minute drive and the northern beaches (Es Grao and Cala Mesquida) a 15 minute drive. Exterior The villa has a very spacious grassed and garden area, with a variety of colourful flowers. The pool is approximately 10 x 5 metres and is surrounded by terrace and grass.
