Situation

This charming country house is situated in a small village of S'Uestra and is less than a 5 minute walk away from the popular supermarket and restaurants. The larger town of Sant Lluis where you will find banks and other local amenities is a 3 minute drive away. Southern beaches of Binibeca, Punta Prima and Binisafua can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car, therefore a vehicle is necessary.

Exterior:

This property is a typical Menorcan house set within a large area of land. The beauiful garden has a variety of colourful plants and flowers. The pool area is surrounded by sun-bathing terraces and a pergola with table and chairs, ideal for al-fresco dining using the built-in barbeque. Between the main house and the annex there is a small field of pine trees which also creates shade and an area to relax in.

Interior:

The main house is very cool, fresh and tastefully decorated. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen - dining room, two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. The first floor has a triple bedroom ( 2 single beds and a pull-out bed), 1 shower room and a terrace.

The annex's is all on one level and consists of Lounge / Kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate shower room.

Security deposit

There is a refundable security deposit of £300
