Situation

This farmhouse is located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 15 minutes from the capital Mahon.  The pretty town of Alaior, where visitors can find hand made crafts shops and visit the factories where the famous Mahon cheese is made, is only 10 minutes away by car.  The southern beaches, Cala´n Porter, Son Bou and Binibeca, are within close proximity. A vehicle thought to be necessary.  

Exterior

This working farm supplies milk to the Menorcan milk and cheese company “Coinga”, however the cows are a good distance from the property.  The property is surrounded by countryside, boasting magnificant distant sea views of the south coast.  There is fenced pool for child safety, a grass area, sunbathing terraces and a porch area, ideal for al fresco dining.  

Interior

Although the property was reformed in 2006, it has not lost its rustic charm.  There are two floors and all rooms and the stairs lead of from bright, airy entrance hall. The ground Floor consists of 2 double en-suite with dressing rooms, 1 single room, 1 bathroom, lounge, kitchen. And the first floor contains 3 twin rooms, 1 bathroom, large hall / sitting area.
