Situation

This lovely farmhouse is situated on the road from Calan Porter to Alaior, which are both 5 minutes by car. The pretty town of Sant Climent with local amenities is also less than 10 minutes by car. The beautiful south coast beaches of Binidali, Binibeca and Binisafúa can be reached within 15 minutes, and north coast beaches are also nearby. The journey from the airport in Mahon to the farmhouse takes 10 minutes. Car hire is thought to be necessary.

Exterior

The house is set in the Menorcan countryside, therefore guaranteeing tranquility and privacy. There is a shaded porch area in front of the property, idea for al-fresco dining. In font of this area there is the swimming pool, with Roman steps, surrounded by a sun-bathing terrace.

Interior

This farmhouse was completely renovated to an high standard in 2006. All furnishings are new and modern. The main house has air-conditioning in all rooms. The main house which is single storey, consists of the lounge/dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms with an en-suite shower rooms, one twin bedroom with an en-suite, one twin bedroom with shower en-suite. The annexe consists of a lounge/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room.
