Situation

This wonderful country house is situated off a small country road, surrounded by beautiful Menorcan countryside. The town of Sant Lluis with its local amenities is 5 minutes away by car, and the capital city of Mahon can be reached within 10 minutes. South coast beaches (Binibececa, Binisafua and Punta Prima) are also only a 10 minute drive away. The journey from the airport to the property takes approximately 15 minutes. Car hire is thought to be necessary.

Exterior

There is a pergola which provides a shaded area, and is ideal for al-fresco dining and out-door living. The large garden with grass, trees and shrubs, is a great area for children to play. The gated pool ( 9m x 4m ) is surrounded by sun-bathing terrace and has an outdoor shower. ?There is also a shaded terrace at the front of the property.

Interior

The country house has been renovated and has simple, comfortable furnishings.

Ground floor: Lounge-dining room, Kitchen, 1 Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 Twin bedroom with en-suite full bathroom.
