Situation

This petty villa is well located in a quiet cul de sac, in the village of Son Parc.

Exterior

The villa enjoys it's own grassed garden, pine trees and a private pool which measures 9 x 4m; the pool has ladder access to the water. To the rear of the villa there is a large stone BBQ and facilities for up to 9 people.

Interior

The property is on 2 floors and the furnishings are bright and summery. The Living-Dining room has an open fireplace, comfortable settees, a satellite television and dining table and benches. The kitchen is located to the rear of the property and enjoys direct access to the BBQ - outside dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer and all equipment necessary for easy summer eating. There is also a washing machine.

On the ground floor there also a double room (with built in wardrobes), which over-looks the pool; a full bath room including a shower; a twin bedded room (with built in wardrobes) and a single bedroom. The first floor contains a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a large terrace over-looking the front garden and the pool; a full bathroom with bath and over-head shower fitment; a large single bedroom with an extra z-bed if required.

Note: weekly prices include a linen change if the stay is for greater than 10 nights.
