Location

This lovely country house is situated in the village of San Luis with all local amenities within walking distance. South coast beaches, Punta Prima, Binibeca, Binisafúa and Binidalí are a 7-10 minute drive away and north coast beaches can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car. The capital city of Mahon with its beautiful harbour is also 10 minutes by car and the journey from the airport to the property takes 15 minutes.

 Exterior

The property is set on a large plot with views of the town of San Luis from the front of the property and views of the vineyard from the back. The private swimming pool measures 16 x 4m and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. There is an out house with built-in barbeque and shower room. French doors lead from the lounge to a shaded porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Interior

Casa Binifadet was completely refurbished in 2007 and has been decorated with comfortable high quality furniture.

The property is set on 2 floors, the ground floor which comprises of:

  • Two double bedrooms

  • and 1 shower room.

and the first floor containing:

  • 1 Twin Bedroom

  • 1 Shower Room

  • and an open plan studio with a sofa bed.
